McLaren buffs will enjoy recognizinf subjects they associate with his films: hHis marvelous birds, animals and doodles. [that fairly animate themselves alive; his puzzlesand mazes, fun with the fourth dimension and stereo devices. But there is another side to McLaren here too: his surreal drawings and fantasies; his drawn letters (lucky the friends who received one); his lovingly executed Bosc pears and memories of China; his grotesqueries, phallic drawings, nightmarish stairs, doors without exit, and his most recent 'undulations.'" - from the dj.
