Lo Kai-Luenwas an historian, educator, and popular writer, later chancellor of Tsing Hua University in Peking, and National Central University in Chungking; and a high ranking official in the KMT. As a student, he was among the founders of the New Tide Society,and a leader in the May 4 Demonstration.
