Launched from Gravesend in 1901, the sailing barge Kathleen served as a trading vessel down the Th ames and Medway Rivers and along Britain's southeast coast, changing from aspritsail barge to a steam-powered vessel for a short time, before reverti ng back to sail in the 1960s. At the time of publication, the Kathleen was serving as a Dutch houseboat. Vg in dj. 60.00
