Included are ships specifications, a cruise map of 1984, a list of officers, a photo of the crew, with a colour photo of the A.R.C Gloria under full sail to the front cover.There is also an article that deals with naval base construction; faciliti es and training at the Colombian Naval College. A short biography on Almirante Jose Prudencio Padilla, one of Colombia's foremost naval officers is highlighted.
