Neil MacNeil (b. February 6, 1891, Boston - d. December 20, 1969, Southampton, New York) came as a young boy to live with his grandfather in Washabuckt, Victoria County, Cape Breton. He graduated from St. F.X. in Antigonish. He was a journalist and author.
